• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience • Advanced knowledge of on-premise and cloud telephony and UC platforms including Cisco, Avaya, Interactive Intelligence, Mitel, Skype for Business, Unify, and 8x8 • Advanced knowledge of CTI interfaces including TAPI, TSAPI, JTAPI, TAPI-WAV, MSPL Advanced knowledge of active recording integration methods, namely, Cisco BiB, Avaya Multiple Registration, Avaya Single Step Conference, Mital MiTai and SRC, and others • Advanced SQL Server (DBA activities, experience with SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures) • Technical & design background with a minimum of 5 years of telephony or Contact Center (CC) solution design • Advanced Windows server (IIS, Windows security, optimization, and troubleshooting)
