Plan details
Payment of 25% of your new employee's first year's annual base salary
Fee is due within 20 days of the placement's start date
We offer a loyalty rate of 20% of base salary for repeat customers
Our commitment to the best hire comes with a 90-day guarantee policy.
If you decide to terminate our placed candidate for any reason (other than layoff) and/or our candidate leaves you willfully, we will replace him/her with alternative qualified candidates, per your specifications.

We get start-ups, and we’ve learned from the SaaS sales model. We offer a MRR fee plan designed for clients needing to preserve cash or closely monitor short-term cash flow.

You receive the benefits of our complete search and screening process without any long or intermediate term risk.
Once you hire our candidate you pay a monthly fee for one full year based upon their base salary.
If the employment engagement ends before 12 full months, we stop the invoicing and you owe us nothing more.
