Small, fast-growth SaaS apps firm in a “hot” market. Business Process Management, Mobile Workflow, Business Automation; whatever the label the niche is on fire. Our client’s target markets are mid to enterprise industrial (i.e. oil and gas, construction, manufacturing) end-user customers.
This role requires 60+ “dials” per day. No pressure to close deals but to set appointments thru number of calls, educating and staying disciplined. You need to be okay being rejected at least 40 times a day. This fast-growth SaaS developer has set the market for BDR compensation in Denver. No one (we know of) touches them. Their target market is not barraged by calls every day according to existing sales staff. You sell to Business Pros (i.e. ops, Biz Dev, Finance, HR) not IT.
Approximately $60K base salary plus incentives, benefits, expenses, etc.
