Customized, Results-Driven Fee Plans
Unlike many of our competitors, we offer four different fee plans. More than 90% of all of our revenue has been earned after the talent you select for hire starts working for you. Or most popular plan, The Engagement Fee, is based upon a flat fee that “we” together, determine and agree upon before the search commences. With this fee plan, there is no reason to concern yourself with a sliding scale (based upon a percentage of base salary) and your firm will know exactly how much to budget. Plus, we offer above market industry standard guarantees. After all, we did not survive the extreme ups and downs for 30 years without a commitment to long-term customer satisfaction.

We use our existing, active network to determine if any of the current candidates fit your requirements; plus, we use our database software to match your specifications with the credentials of our applicants with the specific requirements you have. Finally, we will find out which firms you want us to target and we will research them and their top performers.
