Contingency Fee Plan

Approximately 80% plus of all of the fees we have earned in the past have been based upon a contingency fee schedule. Proof positive that Pinnacle is your performance-based recruitment services firm.  Today Pinnacle charges 25% of the first year’s annual base salary offered to a candidate that we refer to you if/when you hire him/her.  The entire fee is due within fifteen (15) days of the new employee start date.  We offer a rate of 20% of base salary to repeat customers as well and our standard guarantee accompanying this fee plan is an above-market term of 90 days.
