Face-to-Face Interviews
For nearly 30 years, Jordan and his team have been conducting face-to-face screening interviews for all local candidates that possess the credentials our clients require. So, we do not stop at reviewing and analyzing resumes. We meet you to assess the value of your “intangible” qualities and get to know your unique career goals one-on-one. This way we can advise you on which positions are the best fit for you and assist you through the interview process. We will provide you with a number of tips to assist you and contact you for pre and post interview follow-up once engaged with our clients. Then we will work with you on compensation negotiations, exit strategies and new employment on boarding issues.
Database Matching
We want to ensure if we place you with one of our client employers, you’ll be happy and successful. That is why we automatically enter all our candidates into our resume-keyword-searchable-database. When we conduct new client search assignments and the right position and company have an opening, we’ll find you in our system and contact you. If you send us your resume and do not hear back from us immediately, please don’t take it personally, nor lose hope that we can assist you. Finding the right career opportunity takes precise timing, patience and persistence.
Personalized Career Coaching
This $125 per hour-fee based process is designed for the candidate that knows what his/her skill set is, but really is not confident how these credentials can be leveraged for new opportunities. Through fact finding and open ended question and answer sessions, Jordan will enable you to identify specific set of job titles, or roles, industries and target companies to pursue. Jordan is an expert at helping candidates determine how to create their own future and customize your resume to match your goals too.
Executive Candidate Marketing Plan (ECMP)
Since 2009 ECMP has already yielded a successful Sr. VP Sales and Marketing position. Jordan provides an aggressive go-to-market strategy and then follows it up with a personally driven calling campaign on your behalf. This service only applies to VP Level and above candidates, so if you are truly hungry and ready to commit to change, Jordan will personally create and implement an aggressive marketing campaign focused squarely on the companies and CEOs you seek to interview with.
