This unique, customized Fee Agreement works for any employer ready to commit to a dedicated search assignment. The hiring authority and Jordan will determine a one-time, flat fee in advance of the search. This will ensure no surprises, no sliding scales, based upon percentage of salary; and gives you the peace of mind of knowing exactly what the Fee budget is.
The size of the fee will be mutually agreed upon via a conversation consisting of your requirements, profile specs, comp plan range, etc; and our service capabilities relevant to that data. Once the total fee size is established, The Pinnacle Source requires a 10% deposit to commence the search responsibilities. The entire remainder (90%) is not due until you select and hire one of the candidates we recruit and refer to you.
For example:
$20,000.00 Flat fee agreed upon
-2,000.00 Non refundable deposit to commence search
$18,000.00 Balance due upon Pinnacle Candidate’s start date.
The Engagement Fee is our most popular plan because you know what to expect and we know you are committed to conducting an extensive professional search.
All of Pinnacle’s capabilities will be brought to bear on each Engagement Fee Search daily.
An additional benefit for our Employers is our unconditional 180 day guarantee policy regarding this plan. If you decide to terminate our placed candidate for any reason (other than layoff) and/or our candidate leaves you willfully, we will replace him/her with qualified candidates, per your specifications, free of charge.
